ORDERING
- Minimum order $250.00. Reorder $150.00
- Backorders will be shipped without notification if within 60 days of original ship date. Any backorder under $100.00 will be cancelled unless customer approves.
- Caffco reserves the right to increase quantities to meet our minimum pack size requirements.
- A company credit reference sheet or Caffco credit application is required to establish a net 30/open account.
- FOB point is Montgomery, Alabama.
- Special routing information must be specified or Caffco will ship at it’s own discretion. We ship United Parcel Service, Federal Express, and Freight common carriers.
- Due to the nature of our products, some items will be shipped in oversized cartons which may result in higher freight costs.
- Customers will be responsible for inside or residential delivery charges.
PAYMENT TERMS
- NET 30 Days- with approved credit.
- Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover
- When non-payment occurs, customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees.
- Late charges of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past due accounts.
- A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned check
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
- Because most Caffco merchandise is handcrafted, there will be some variations in color, texture and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.
- Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Claims should be reported to Customer Service within 10 days of receipt.
- No returns will be accepted without a Caffco return authorization number. Product must be received in its original state.
- All merchandise refused or returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
